Not Again Fireworksks As DP Ruto Donate This Whopping Amount In ODM’s Stronghold (Video)

Hustler Nation chief and Kenya’s second in command had today Saturday, July 17, 2021, stormed the coastal region where he attended a burial ceremony of a senior church official in Chonyi area, Kilifi county where he donated a whopping one million shillings to build a school which will be named in respect to the fallen God’s soldier late Bishop Dr. George Mwangome Chipa.

The second in command also requested the area MCA to coordinate with the county government to chip in and donate another one million to facilitate the building of the said school.

Here, in a similar script, the second in command has repeated since he was elected deputy president, and most especially after his re-election in 2017, Mr. Ruto will most likely deliver a bundle of crisp notes well-arranged and into the hands of smiling members of the clergy.

It is a trend he has vehemently defended, arguing in large part, that “unlike God, who gave His Son as a sacrifice, none of us is being asked to give more than we can.”

For Mr. Ruto, who walked his way up the political chain from a chicken seller in Uasin Gishu to deputy president, and possibly Head of State in 2022, his contributions should only be seen in the context of where he takes, and why he does it, but not where he gets the huge amounts to dish out very generously.

This comes as former Prime Minister and president Uhuru’s handshake partner Raila Odinga has always been a big critic of the Deputy President, accusing him of perpetuating corruption through the church donations.

Raila claimed that Ruto was pretending to be clean by offering huge sums of money to the church in the “guise of investing in heaven.”

Dear readers, do you think these donations by DP are too much, or should he just continue with the same spirit? Please leave your thoughts in the comments section and follow for more news updates.
