“Nikubaya” Angry Raila And Mudavadi Storms Out Of The Anglican Church In Butere After They Were Barred From Doing This
It was all rosy as many people embraced the occasion at the Anglican Church in Butere, Kakamega County. The occasion was headed by the Archbishop of the Anglican churches of Kenya, Justus Ole Sapit. However, just like many other church occasions, politicians always embrace the stage with their own political agendas and ideologies.
For this case, everything turned south when the Archbishop announced that there will be no politician announced to speak. He further went on to state that politicians should attend church services just like any other citizens without their own agenda.
However, since this did not please many of the attendees, being ODM leader Raila Odinga, ANC leader Musalia Mudavadi and the COTU boss Francis atwoli and the devolution cabinet secretary Eugene Wamalwa. They were spotted walking out of the ceremony with their followers left in shock.
Many Kenyans have registered their disappointments on social media as many expected them to obey the directives and just attend the service.
