“But Where Did The Rain Start Beating Jubilee Party” Netizens Asks After The Party Vice Chair Declared These
Jubilee Party is increasingly getting doomed as their previous record stands.
Today The party Vice Chair David Murathe clearly stated that his time and mission in the party is done. And he is now ready to join other party for the 2022 general election.
Following his declarations, the UDA party members are clearly happy to see this as per the comments seen by lakeside news writers. Could We either expect a new party formation?.
In an earlier interview today, Murathe noted that his mission was to kick our rebels from the party, adding that he’s happy they’ve found a home in UDA.
“Our job was to push those who do not believe in the dream of the party out. I am happy they have found a house called UDA. Our work is done.
“We are all in an interim capacity and soon we will be releasing a timetable on how we will start campaigns for the party positions from the ward level to the national level. Myself, I am not interested in any position moving forward,” he said.
Murathe’s remarks come amid growing calls for an overhaul in the Jubilee party leadership owing to its increased loss in by-elections across the country.
A section of leaders want Jubilee Party elections held and the current leadership replaced in a bid to inject new blood and ideas to the outfit.
One of such leader is Kirinyaga Governor Anne Waiguru who noted that the party needs to do a thorough overhaul before 2022.
“The rains have beaten us. Our fortunes are dwindling. Intense introspection is demanded,” Waiguru said in a recent statement.
