On Monday, Kenyans were treated to a worrying scene after some well known politicians exchanged some heavy blows all in the full glare of the media.
The dramatic turn of events started when Mr Wafula Chebukati the IEBC Chairperson walked into the Arena ready to name the president elect and votes garnered.
All hell broke loose after a section of Azimio leaders surrounded him asking him not to announce the results.
In a matter of seconds the scene turned into a war zone with the Said politicians destroying property with some suffering some worrying beatings from the irate kenya kwanza leaders.
Well, according to the Star, Wafula Chebukati was supposed to announce the results as early as 11am in the morning, however things heated up with his commissioners making four live the venue for a parallel presser at Serena hotel.
Well it has emerged that Chebukati was held up in a room where he sent some worrying messages to one of her relatives revealing he felt threatened.
It is after this moments that he was allowed to go ahead and name Ruto as the president elect.
Sadly, the celebrations after William Ruto was named presidential were short lived after Raila rubbished the outcome promising to head to court.
