The police are a constituted body of persons empowered by a state, with the aim to enforce the law, to ensure the safety, health and possessions of citizens, and to prevent crime and civil disorder. Their lawful powers include arrest and the use of force legitimized by the state via the monopoly on violence.
And despite all the powers the police are constituted with, police officer are also just humans beings and have things they feel good doing. That means they also have talents and hobbies outside their official work such as playing soccer, dancing and etc.
In a viral video posted on Facebook page by The lakeside.co.ke there is a hilarious drama as a police officer in full uniform and gun, dances to music tune believed to be on of Deputy President William Samoei Ruto’s tune in public as he allows the public to film him.
