Members of the public in Riverbank next to Tassia Baraka Estate Embakasi East Sub-county, Nairobi County were treated with drama after a middle-aged man was caught stealing another man’s properties and transferring to his newly rented house.
According to an eyewitness, the man only identified as Omosh is said to have broken into his best friend’s house who is currently visiting his rural home in Homabay county and making away with almost everything in the middle of Wednesday, August 17, 2021, night.
Irate riverbank residents who were alerted by one of the tenants upon learning the weird incident caught up with the man in the morning before he left for his daily routine work, beaten him up mercilessly like a ‘burukenge’.
One of the residents revealed that the man pleaded guilty after admitting that his wife is the cause of all his problems alleging that the wife is quarrelsome making him leave the house to find peace of mind.
