With the current political occurrences in the country, anyone can tell that Siaya county senator James Orengo’s prophecies about the current government where he Prophesied almost seven years ago are coming to pass.

Seven years ago when the Orange Democratic Movement party led by Raila Amolo Odinga was still the active opposition party, Hon. Orengo alleged that the Uhuru-Ruto’s government was eating their own children following the endless mistreatment they were encountering in their daily political activities.

“Sometimes revolution eats their own children, government eat their own people. The government is going to punish you more than they will punish me, I am telling you. In another one year, you’ll be crying in office to come and represent you in court

The prophecy seems to be coming to pass following the current mistreatments Deputy President William Samoei Ruto and his Tanga Tanga lieutenants are currently facing with recent humiliation witnessed after Deputy President William Ruto was on Monday, August 2, 2021, blocked from traveling to Uganda.

The second in command’s office said that the Hustler Nation chief was scheduled to make a private visit to the Democratic Republic of Uganda but was told to first seek clearance from the Head of Public Service.

Also, three members of parliament who accompanied the Deputy President were blocked temporarily before being allowed to travel.

The deputy president is said to have arrived at the Wilson airport, ready for what would have been his second trip to Uganda in less than a month, but he could not be cleared for takeoff, his spokesman David Mugonyi said in a brief statement conducted shortly after the occurrence.

And while reacting to the said humiliation by Uhuru’s point men, DP William Ruto took to his social media accounts and simply said “isoriat, Tuwachie Mungu.”
