ODM Leader Takes His Azimio La Umoja Campaign To The Northern Part Of Kenya

ODM leader Raila Odinga arrived in Garrissa County in style. Apart from other parts of the country, the ODM leader was stretching his campaigns up north.

He was received in Garrissa by a group of politicians, led by the county boss, Ali Korane. Odinga staged a show of mighty in Garrissa town as he addressed his supporters.

The former prime minister who is scheduled to meet the youth groups, business community and elders from the region, says his main concern is the drought that has ravaged the north eastern region over the years.

Odinga is yet to formerly declare his presidential candidature saying his government would create a global livestock market to tap into the regions pastoral lifestyle.

Equally, the ODM leader revisited the learning crisis in the region, following the withdrawal of several teachers over insecurity. While addressing his Azimio la Umoja stopover in Garrissa town, he lashed out at deputy president William Ruto, over the so called hustler narrative.
