Deputy President and the United Democratic Movement party leader Dr. William Samoei Ruto has today Thursday, February 24, 2022, been advised by a popular Azimio La Umoja blogger and also the Orange Democratic Movement party leader right Hon. Raila Amolo Odinga’s diehard supporter identified as Marigiri, to drop his 2022 Presidential bid and support Raila Odinga then run for Nandi/Uasin Gishu governorship for two terms, and then run for Presidency in the year 2032.
The flamboyant blogger who enjoys a huge followers on his Facebook page went ahead to point out that if he was DP Ruto, he would swallow his pride, forget his Presidential ambition and support the ODM boss Hon. Raila Odinga citing that in politics, like now after the incumbent President and fomer political ally publicly endorsed Raila Odinga during yesterday’s Sagana 3 meeting. Pride without control is useless.
He went ahead to aluded that even President Uhuru Kenyatta once forgot opposition and supported former President Mwai Kibaki, and Raila is currently supporting Uhuru since 2018, therefore DP Ruto should also support Raila to succeed.
He went ahead to say that our beloved President Uhuru Kenyatta just confirmed he will handover power to Baba Raila, Mt. Kenya is also happy, the lake is happy and the entire country is happy.
