Ruto Takes His Bottom Up Economy To Kisii Land
Deputy President William Ruto contented with a heavy down pour in the streets of Kisii town as he began his campaign tour of the region. The crowd chanted ODM slogan but the deputy president carried on with his campaign to market his UDA party in the kisii region.
The Deputy President said having supported others to rise to high offices in the country’s political landscape, it was time to change the partnerships. The Deputy President said his bottom up economic model is the practical path towards the empowerment of those he calls hustlers.
On unemployment, Ruto decried the level of joblessness among the youth, warning that a lot of potential among the youth was going into waste given that they constitute the majority of the country’s population.in an attack on the stalled Building Bridges Initiative (BBI) constitutional review process, Ruto said, his opponents are only interested in gaining political power.
