In accordance with the Kenya information and communication Act and the Sim card Registration regulations (2015), kindly ensure that your SIM card is correctly registered against you valid Identification document.
In line with the relevant law and regulations, please note that to register a line you are required to an Airtel, Safaricom or Telkom outlets with your original Identification documents.
The exercise is to ensure that all customer mobile numbers are properly registered against the correct Identification details provided by the owners of the SIM card, please note it is illegal to have a SIM card that is not registered with correct documents.
