West Pokot governor John Lonyangapuo throws weight behind deputy President William Samoei Ruto, vows to support his 2022 Presidential bid. The governor who is a professor in Mathematics agitated that he had calculated meticulously that the second in command will win the upcoming election. He cited that the DP’s bottom-up economic model is what the people of West Pokot and Kenyans at large wants.
“As a professor in mathematics, I have calculated meticulously that William Ruto will win in 2022. His bottom-up economic model is what West Pokoy want.”
This comes as Kenya is set to hold a general election scheduled for 9 August 2022, which will see a mass changes for all elected positions within the government, including members of parliament, senators, and the presidency.
