Today they said  they are grooming Martinelli for the number 9 role long-term. Potentially working on things on the training ground to make him our future in that position.
Arteta on Olympiacos forward El-Arabi: “He’s scored two goals [against us] and created some chances. He’s a really clever striker whose movement is really intelligent. We will have to be careful with him again.”
Arteta on Elneny: “I’m extremely happy with him because he works really hard in training every day. If he’s adding other qualities to his game, that’s great.”
Arteta on whether the tie is over: “Absolutely not. From what I’ve seen from Olympiacos and the amount of games they’ve won in the final minutes it will be tough. They will try to put us under a lot of pressure so there’s still a lot to play.”
Fabrizio Romano on �degaard: �They hope to keep the player, they will meet with Real Madrid at the end of the season, they will decide together. The situation is open because at the moment there is nothing agreed, it will depend who will be the manager & more.�
