Embakasi East Member of Parliament elects Hon. Babu Owino has finally revealed the exact time former prime minister Raila Amolo Odinga’s Azimio la Umoja one Kenya Alliance Coalition camp will head to Milimani Court to file their election petition seeking to challenge Deputy President and also the President-elect, victory days after Independent Elections and Boundaries Commission IEBC chairman Wafula Chebukati declared Ruto as the victor in the just concluded general election.
While taking to his social media accounts, the Embakasi East republic darling MP to enlighten Azimio supporters, Babu stated that tomorrow Monday, August 22, 2022, the Azimio la Umoja one Kenya Alliance Coalition will file the petition at exactly 8 AM.
“Kesho tukutane Milimani courts at 8 am as Baba files election Petition.”
This comes as the Azimio la Umoja One Kenya Coalition presidential candidate Raila Odinga had earlier announced that the entire Azimio team will challenge the declaration of Kenya Kwanza flag bearer William Ruto as the president-elect tomorrow.
