Deputy President William Samoei Ruto and his Hustler Nation warriors have reportedly dealt a huge blow after former Bomet governor Isaac Ruto bolted out from his United Democratic Alliance party to concentrate with his Chama Cha Mashinani CCM party.
While confirming the matter through his official Facebook page, the former Bomet county boss alluded that after thorough consultation, he finally made a firm decision that he will not fold his party to join UDA.
The flamboyant politician who hails from rift valley which is believed to be DP’s bedroom agitated that he won’t succumb to any political pressure citing that many people have always tried to push him into folding his CCM party so that they can rig him during the primaries.
The CCM boss added that he believes Kenya is a democratic country and everybody is free to form a political party, he urged the entire Bomet residents to join him in telling the country and the world that in 2022 they shall make choices based on good policies and manifestos and not based on the party.
This comes at a time the political pressure in the country is at a higher stake with politicians already lining up with their campaigns contesting for different political seats only months remaining until Kenya holds her much anticipated general election scheduled for August 2022.
