If not for the National Government Projects of Affordable Housing, 8 Markets earmarked, the Operationalizing of Migori Airstrip by Ministry of Roads & Transport and marketing by the mightly Akothee, The Ministry of Trade’s County Aggregation Industrial Parks CAIP’s etc What does it have to show ? While all Counties have cleared Pending Bills, we haven’t, While we can see notable huge, visible achievements in Homa-Bay, we don’t have any.
