ODM MP Alleges The Critical Things President Ruto Told Him On Phone After Nyanza Visit

Homabay Town Member of Parliament Honourable Peter George Kaluma has now explained what President William Ruto told him on phone after his visit to the Nyanza region.

Taking to his Twitter account on Sunday evening, the vocal Orange Democratic Movement party legislator has confirmed that the President called him after his visit to the constituency.

According to Kaluma, Dr Ruto informed him that incase of a future visit, he will be furnished with proper information. The MP now says the matter has been solved after skipping Dr Ruto’s event.

“President @WilliamsRuto has just called to confirm his office will inform me of his future visits to Homa Bay Town Constituency. He’s also promised to send Airforce One to pick me whenever information shall reach me late!Matter settled,”said Peter George Kaluma.

The revelations by the ODM lawmaker comes after President William Ruto visited Homabay for a fellowship with the residents.

However, the county governor and the area MP were nowhere to receive the head of State and Government.

Governor Gladys Wanga excused herself that she was out of the county for official duties while the area MP said that he had no means to attend the event.

It is widely considered that the ODM legislators evaded Ruto’s visit basing on their different political scripts.

Dr William Ruto made minimal trips to the Nyanza region as it was considered ODM stronghold. However, he has vowed to work for all Kenyans.
