Monday, March 27, 2023 – Photos have emerged of goons reportedly hired by Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua to grab a piece of land owned by former President Uhuru Kenyatta’s family.
In the photos, young men allegedly paid by former Embakasi West Member of Parliament, George Theuri were seen storming Northlands in Ruiru where they started sub-diving the land and cutting trees.
Others were spotted making away with several sheep from the farm.
While grabbing the land, the youths accused former President Uhuru Kenyatta of financing the ongoing Azimio One Kenya Alliance protests led by opposition supremo Raila Odinga.
Gachagua is said to have instructed politicians in Nairobi to hire goons who will storm Uhuru’s land and start subdividing.
Surprisingly no police officer was present when the youths started cutting eucalyptus trees and destroying the well-tilled land which is also the Brookside Daily headquarters.
