Deputy President William Samoei Ruto’s United Democratic Alliance UDA lawyer Kavin Kiare together with UDA interim treasurer Eddah Rotich is reportedly currently meeting with Members of County Assembly, and several UDA supporters from Garissa county just moments after John Njuguna Wanjiku won the Kiambaa constituency by-election to replace late MP John Koinange seat after his death months ago.
They reportedly discussed various among them, the bottom-up economic model and how it will cater to the interest of the pastoralist community and United Democratic Alliance party mobilization in the county.
