Orange Democratic Movement party leader and the former prime minister right Hon. Raila Amolo Odinga’s security personnel were forced to act swiftly as elated residents tried to invade his motorcade as they made their entry in Bungoma town forcing the security to bar anyone near Raila’s car.
The former prime minister and his ODM brigade tour Mudavadi’s political stronghold for a burial ceremony of Mama Margaret Mutenyo Nanralwe, mother to ODM politician Moses Nandalwe in Sirisia, Bungoma County, where they also drummed up more support for his 2022 statehouse ambition which is only 10 months away.
The embattled ODM bass was hosted by the Kakamega county governor Hon. Wycliffe Oparanya and was a companied by several politicians from across the country including Suna East Member of Parliament Hon. Junet Mohammed, ODM party SG Hon. Edwin Sifuna, Homabay county woman representative Hon. Gladys Wanga.
His tour to the region also came just a day he was gifted a world-class campaign vehicle from his Luo billionaire supporter.
