The recent mention of Uhuru Kenyatta and the family in the Pandora papers has stirred mixed reactions across the nation.
Many people are asking whether the wealth mention is from public looting or acquired wealth. However, the big question is on the offshore accounts mentioned with billions of money stashed there.
However, Raila Odinga has come out to defend Uhuru Kenyatta saying that there is nothing wrong with one having an offshore account. He further said that if it is not for the illegal purposes, everyone is at liberty to open an offshore account.
However, when asked if he owned any offshore account, the ODM leader denied saying that all his investment and money is in Kenya.
He further adds that those involved in the syndicate of carrying out illegal businesses with the use of offshore accounts should come out and own their problems.
